The User Success team is most directly responsible for supporting and communicating with the Periscope community. As a Success Manager, your primary role will be owning the support and outreach of our email channels, and ensuring that each voice is heard and responded to in a timely, effective and informative manner. You will also gather learnings and feedback from the community and work cross-functionally to help prioritize product development. The community is growing rapidly and is at the heart of everything we do. This role is central in pulling our community together and bringing Periscope to life.
