FindSpark is a community dedicated to inspiring career optimism in young professionals through education, events, and networking. Since forming in December 2010, we've become the largest Meetup group for interns and recent grads in the country, producing more than 200 events for over 20,000 attendees.
We're looking for someone smart, energetic, outgoing, well-spoken, and resourceful to join team FindSpark to build and execute our employer and sponsor development and sales initiatives. The role will be hugely rewarding and take place in a super supportive and fun environment, in addition to being fast-paced with high expectations.

Your goal is to bring more outstanding employers and sponsors into the FindSpark community and to connect them to our young professional community through our array of online and in-person programs. There will be hands-on training during the first two weeks and all along the way, but you’ll be expected to dive in right away. Passion for careers, community, and helping others is a huge plus.
